I think right now the pink one is more successful type-wise, but I like the concept behind the first one better. With the Fifty First Dates poster I just wonder what's up with the pineapple, and it doesn't really tell me much about the movie itself except maybe there are pineapples in it. If you were going to go with the movie thing, you could show a calendar with x's on the past days or something, or like the iCalendar logo which is a daily calendar type thing. it would just go better with your headline of "every single day".
The first one I think needs a little something. There is a lot of negative space on the bottom right, and I read "69" before I read "every" which throws the sentence off.
