My Journey...

My journey took me to the historic downtown area of Kenosha, Wisconsin. It was a clear, cool day and very quiet in this part of town. This part of town is pretty barren, a lot of buildings have been vacated but there are many efforts being made to rejuvenate it. As I walked I noticed how the old architecture contrasted with the newly paved brick sidewalks. And the side walks were what I noticed the most... not the nicely paved brick, but all of the GUM that was stuck ALL over the sidewalk already. Its all I could look at! The nasty BLACK gum all over the beautiful brick sidewalk. It pissed me off then, and it pisses me off every time I see it - and it's everywhere!
