I think my biggest comment would be to try to really blow out the size of the type for vegetarian. and perhaps it can sit on the bottom of the blue areas?
I dont think it needs to be diagonal. I like the strong blue and the fence but the type is still indecisive. what if vegetarian is bigger than the page size?
I agree that the headline needs to be bigger in order to be the focal point of the poster. I wish there was an element that broke the boundary of the image, whether it be the type or part of the image.
